Jolly Pieces & Stems Mushrooms

Jolly Pieces and Stems is prepared from succulent button mushrooms packed with water,salt and citric acid. Pieces and stems consist of units that have been sliced from a whole mushroom with stems and cap; and and are sufficiently processed by heat to assure preservation of the product in hermetically sealed containers. It contains an antioxidant called L-Ergothioneine or L-ergo that may help protect the immune system.
