How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

Once you order, the products are taken from our state of the art cold storage system to our riders that have insulated bags with eutectic plates which preserves its freshnes and quality.

For items that are out of stock, will I be notified?

Yes, an email notification will be sent once your preferred product is available if you choose to do so.

Can I still cancel my order?

Considering that our products are highly perishable, products may only be exchanged within 2 hours from placing the order.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we don't have a physical store. But some of our products are available at selected supermarkets and markets.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent through email.

Can I quickly reorder the same items as my previous order?

Yes, there is an option under order history, just simply click 'reorder'.

Are you open for resellers?

Yes, just click on 'Be Our Partner' on the home page.

Can someone abroad order and deliver locally? 

Yes, as long as the address for delivery is within Metro Manila only.
