What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
Once you receive a text notification, please notify that you will not be home to accept it and ask when will it be delivered again. If you do not notify us in advance and the delivery is arranged, please re-schedule the delivery with our customer service via live chat or email (customerservice@frabellemarketplace.ph). Additional delivery fees may apply.
