Baked Cheesy Bangus

Recreate this recipe and serve it to your Dad this coming Father’s Day. This recipe is also easy to make and very convenient as the Bangus is already deboned and butterflied. Pair this Baked Cheesy Bangus with your Dad’s favorite wine.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Frabelle Foods Boneless Bangus, unseasoned
- 1/4 Cup Doña Elena Pomace Olive Oil 1L
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 whole Onion, chopped
- 4 pcs Tomato, chopped
- 1 sprig Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 Cup Arla Natural Mozzarella Shred
- 1/2 Cup Quick melting Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Spring Onion, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Step-by-Step Directions
- 1. Season thawed boneless unseasoned bangus with salt and pepper.
- 2. Lay the bangus on a non-stick baking tray.
- 3. Pour olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion until aromatic. Add tomatoes and a sprig of dried rosemary. Continue sauteing for 8-10 minutes or until tomatoes become soft. Turn off heat and set it aside.
- 4. Spread the sauteed tomato on top of the bangus.
- 5. Add the shredded mozzarella and quick melting cheese on top. Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bangus is cooked.
- 7. Serve hot.
