The typical Japanese curry is thicker in texture and tastes sweeter but less spicy than its Indian counterpart. The meat of choice is more often pork or beef, differing from Indian curry in which chicken or mutton is usually used.

    Very Authentic Japanese Comfort Food.
My family lived in Japan for 11 years and curry was always our comfort food, especially during the winter.

I'm so glad that I tried this product and the recipe featured in Frabelle Marketplace. The taste is authentic and bring my family back to some wonderful memories we have of Japan.
