Potato Fries with Chicken A La King

Make your all-time favorite crispy Potato Fries extra special by adding creamy Chicken A La King as a topping. This recipe is also a complete meal as it has protein (chicken), carbohydrates (potato fries), and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 800 grams Chicken Breast Fillet
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Doña Elena Pomace Olive Oil 1L
- ¼ Cup Arla Butter Unsalted
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 whole Onion, chopped
- 3 stalks Celery, diced
- ⅕ Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Carrots and Peas)
- 1 pc Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Arla Full Cream Milk
- 1 Cup All Purpose Cream
- 1 kilo pack Frabelle Foods Potato Fries
- 3 Cups Jolly Claro Palm Oil
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Step-by-Step Directions
- 1. Season cubed chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- 2. Pour olive oil in a pan over high heat. Fry chicken breast until fully cooked. Set aside.
- 3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion and celery.
- 4. Add cooked chicken breast and frozen mixed vegetables. Saute for a minute.
- 5. Add chicken bouillon cube and flour. Mix until coated.
- 6. Add milk and cream. Stir to thicken sauce. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Set aside.
- 7. Fry Potato fries in hot oil until light golden and crispy. Put cooked fries on a serving plate.
- 8. Pour Chicken Ala King on top of the potato fries.
- 9. Sprinkle top with chopped parsley.
- 10. Serve hot.
