Raclette Cheese on Steamed Broccoli, Potato Wedges and Croissant

Make simple side dishes extra special by adding melted raclette cheese. If you do not have a raclette melting machine, you may use a toaster to melt the cheese. You may add raclette cheese over different veggies, breads and even cold cuts.

Step-by-Step Directions

  • 1. Slice Raclette Cheese into 3 mm thickness. Put raclette in a small pan suitable for heating.
  • 2. Put frozen broccoli in a heat resistant platter. Steam broccoli for 10-15 minutes over rapid boiling water. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Melt raclette in a raclette melting machine or oven toaster. Once melted and bubbly, pour over the steamed broccoli. Serve hot.
  • 4. Fry frozen potato wedges in hot oil till golden brown in color. Repeat procedure #3. Pour melted raclette over potato wedges.
  • 5. Baked croissant according to packaging instruction. Repeat process #3. Pour melted raclette over or in the middle of the sliced croissant.
