Oven Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs
The thought of preparing and baking fall-off the bones BBQ baby back ribs seems intimidating but it is actually very easy. The baby back ribs are already prepared and there is no need to butcher your own slab. You may remove the membrane near the bones to make it more tender but if you want a chewier texture, the membrane may remain intact. Serve this with your choice of side dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Baby Back Ribs slab
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Sabroso Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Heinz Tomato Catsup
- ¼ cup Bulldog Tonkatsu Sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Real Thai Sriracha Sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Directions
- 1. Remove membrane of the baby back ribs slab (optional). Put the baby back ribs slab in a baking pan.
- 2. Mix all ingredients for the dry rub.
- 3. Sprinkle the dry rub all over the baby back ribs slab. Gently rub to coat.
- 4. Cover with foil and bake in a 177 Degrees Celsius oven for 2 hours.
- 5. Pour oil in a pan over medium heat. Add all ingredients for the barbeque sauce. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes or until it has thickened. Turn off the heat and set it aside.
- 6. Remove the baby back ribs in the oven. Generously baste the ribs with barbeque sauce. Broil in the oven for additional 10 minutes.
- 7. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
