  • 1. Deep fry chicken nuggets until golden brown in color. Set aside.
  • 2. Pour oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute ginger and garlic until aromatic.
  • 3. Add orange juice, chili flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Mix cornstarch and ¼ cup water. Pour it into the sauce to thicken.
  • 5. Add the fried chicken nuggets into the sauce. Toss to coat.
  • 6. Transfer to a dish then sprinkle sliced spring onions.
  • 7. Serve hot.
