  • Fry Captain’s Catch Seafood Combo in oil till golden brown in color. Remove from pan and put it in paper towel or strainer to remove excess oil.
  • In a separate pan over medium heat, melt butter then add the rest of ingredients.
  • Let it boil for a minute. Add the fried Seafood Combo. Toss to coat. Remove from pan.
  • Serve hot.
