  • Thaw USDA Beef Bone Marrow in the chiller overnight.
  • Preheat Oven to 400 -4250F.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put beef bone marrows (marrows side up) in a baking tray. Season marrows with salt and pepper.
  • Put a spoonful of the herb and oil mixture over the marrows and spread evely.
  • Oven roast the marrows for 20-25 minutes. Marrows should be bubbly and golden brown in color.
  • Serve Roasted Beef Marrow with lime or lemon wedges. It can be served as a spread for toasted sliced baguettes.
