Ingredients
- 1 pack USDA Beef Bone Marrow (Split)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Mix
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Directions
- Thaw USDA Beef Bone Marrow in the chiller overnight.
- Preheat Oven to 400 -4250F.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put beef bone marrows (marrows side up) in a baking tray. Season marrows with salt and pepper.
- Put a spoonful of the herb and oil mixture over the marrows and spread evely.
- Oven roast the marrows for 20-25 minutes. Marrows should be bubbly and golden brown in color.
- Serve Roasted Beef Marrow with lime or lemon wedges. It can be served as a spread for toasted sliced baguettes.
