Spicy Hot Mixed Seafood

This recipe is a perfect match for any type of beer that you like. It is so easy to make and the ingredients are not that hard to find. You may add more chilies if you want it really spicy. Serve this recipe to your friends during weekends.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Mixed Seafood
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Head Garlic, minced
- 1 Ginger, sliced, thumb-sized
- 3-4 pcs. Bird's Eye Chili, chopped
- 1 whole Onion, chopped
- 5 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2-3 pcs Green Finger Chili, sliced (optional)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Step-by-Step Directions
- 1. Pour Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
- 2. Sauté ginger, garlic, chili and onion until aromatic.
- 3. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Turn off heat then serve hot.
