Frabelle MarketPlace is the official online shop of Frabelle Food Group. We offer a variety of meat, fish, seafood, snacks, bakery products and beverage to complete your grocery list.

How do I create an account?
Visitors are able to register as customers by filling the registration form in this link. You may also directly log in using your Gmail or Facebook account.
How do I change/update the information in my account?
You may visit the My Account section of your account dashboard to update your information in this link
What are the benefits of having a registered account?

Once you register, you will have access to exciting discounts and freebies. You will also be updated with our latest promos and newest product offerings. Earn 1 reward point equivalent to Php 1.00 for every Php 200.00 worth of purchase.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

Once you order, the products are taken from our state of the art cold storage system to our riders that have insulated bags with eutectic plates which preserves its freshnes and quality.

For items that are out of stock, will I be notified?

Yes, an email notification will be sent once your preferred product is available if you choose to do so.

Can I still cancel my order?

Considering that our products are highly perishable, products may only be exchanged within 2 hours from placing the order.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we don't have a physical store. But some of our products are available at selected supermarkets and markets.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent through email.

Can I quickly reorder the same items as my previous order?

Yes, there is an option under order history, just simply click 'reorder'.

Are you open for resellers?

Yes, just click on 'Be Our Partner' on the home page.

Can someone abroad order and deliver locally? 

Yes, as long as the address for delivery is within Metro Manila only.

I have received a gift card. How do I use this?

Search for the desired product, there will be an option to apply the gift card code during checkout.

If I consume less than the total amount, will the balance be credited to my account?

Yes, it will be credited back to your account.

Do you have expiration date for the gift card?

No, gift cards don't expire.

Is the gift card transferrable?

Yes, it is transferrable. The website will require the code on checkout of every order.

What payment methods are available?

Bancnet, BDO (over the counter and online), Gcash, Visa, MasterCard, BPI, Unionbank and Cash On Delivery (COD).

Do you keep my credit card details?
Yes, it will be saved from your previous order. The details of your credit cards are protected under our Privacy Policy in this link.
What can I do if my payment failed?

You can try reloading the page, then try again. You can also try other payment methods. If payment still failed, you may send an email to us so we can assist you.

When will I be charged for my items?

If the payment selected is through online banking or credit card, you will be charged upon check out. If you opted for COD, you will be charged upon delivery.

Can I use my points to pay for my groceries?

Yes, points are as good as cash.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, we honor one discount code per transaction.

What shipping options does Frabelle Marketplace offer?

Frabelle MarketPlace offers only regular shipping method that will be available from Frabelle's In-House Delivery. We can only deliver within Metro Manila.

Can I use multiple shipments for a single order?

No, one address is required per order.

How much is the delivery fee?
For Metro Manila customers if the amount ordered is below Php 2,500, delivery fee is Php 150. Any order above Php 2,500, shipping rate will be free. For Cavite customers if the amount ordered is below Php 3,000, delivery fee is Php 300. Any order above...
When can I get my order?

There will be a 3-day lead time for delivery and pick up.

What are your delivery hours?

You will receive a notification the day before or on the day of the delivery date with the expected time of delivery of the products.

What areas do you deliver?

We deliver within Metro Manila and areas of Laguna, Cavite and Bulacan only for now.

I'd like to save on delivery fees. Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, we do have 1 pick-up point. That is located in Frabelle Marketplace Warehouse (08.00am-05.00pm) 1051 Northbay Blvd, Navotas City, 1485 Metro Manila.

What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
Once you receive a text notification, please notify that you will not be home to accept it and ask when will it be delivered again. If you do not notify us in advance and the delivery is arranged, please re-schedule the delivery with our customer service...
How do I track my order status?

You can track your order on the website. View the order and order status will be posted.

What's the minimum order to avail for free delivery?

Any order above Php 2,500, shipping rate will be free.
